FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where are Posh Goblin pieces made?
    All Posh Goblin pieces are completely original & hand made in Lancashire, England.
  • What items are Made to Order?
    Made to Order pieces include all Gold items, Rings (unless stated as 'one of a kind') and will be stated in the product descriptions. These items take time so please allow for upto 5 weeks for them to be made and shipped. If you need anything for a particular date, it is advised that you place your order well in advance.
  • How long will it take for my items to be shipped?
    Most items will be shipped within 1-3 working days, unless stated as a Made to Order piece. MTO items take time so please allow for up to 5 weeks for these pieces to be made, Hallmarked and shipped. If you need anything for a particular date, it is advised that you make your order well in advance.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Posh Goblin ships worldwide. Due to Brexit, shipping to the EU has now changed. Please be aware you may be subject to Import Charges/Customs based on your location, which you are solely responsible for.
  • What is your Return/Refund Policy?
    Our return policy for Ready to Ship pieces is 14 days, during which you must inform us of your intention to return an item and send it back to us. We are unable to accept returns or refunds outside of this time period. You must use tracking when returning your order through the post, of which you are responsible for the cost & please include a note with your details/order number. Items must be unused/unworn in order to qualify for a return & must include all original packaging. At Posh Goblin we are unable to accept Returns/Refunds on Made to Order items except in the case of damaged items or wrong sizes being received. If you have any issues, please contact us through our email info@poshgoblin.co.uk and we will resolve it through there.
  • Do you use recycled materials?
    As a small business we try to do our best however small to make the least environmental impact. All our pieces are made using Recycled metals in Sterling Silver and Solid Gold. Plus, all the packaging we use to send you your items is recyclable!
  • Do you do custom work?
    If you would like to discuss any potential custom work, please email: info@poshgoblin.co.uk Pricing will be dependent on materials for each individual piece so please have a budget in mind and we will do our best to work within it. Due to the nature of custom work they will likely be more costly so please bear this in mind when considering custom pieces. Our standard lead times for custom work is 6-8 weeks.   • How to Care for your Jewellery
    In order to keep your jewellery as safe and shiny as possible, it is advised to keep it in either the box or pouch that it arrives in. Sterling Silver naturally oxidises over time so in order to slow this process avoid showering/swimming/exercising in your jewellery. Fortunately silver can be easily cleaned with a jewellery polishing cloth or warm water with washing up liquid and a soft toothbrush for an extra clean. This method can also be used to brighten up your Gold pieces.
  • Hallmarking
    All our Gold and heavier Sterling Silver pieces are Hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office in accordance with European regulations.
